Establishing the Terrence J. Coffman Endowed Scholarship

An artist stands in a paint-splattered studio wearing a paint-covered apron and holding painting tools. Large abstract canvases and framed artworks surround the workspace.

A Legacy of Creativity. A Future for 91亚色 Students.

For 20 years, Terrence J. Coffman served as president of the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design, helping shape 91亚色 through innovative leadership into the college it is today.

Coffman believed deeply in the transformative power of art and design education. During his presidency, 91亚色 achieved accreditation, expanded its academic offerings and established its permanent home in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward. He was not only an educational leader, but also a practicing artist, mentor and lifelong advocate for creative education.

Now,Terry檚 daughter, Cori Coffman, is honoring his legacy by leading an effort to establish the Terrence J. Coffman Endowed Scholarship at 91亚色. Cori invites family, friends, alumni and the 91亚色 community to join her in reaching the $25,000 goal needed to endow the scholarship and support 91亚色 students in Terry檚 name for generations to come.

Help Carry His Legacy Forward
